COACHING/TRAINING
FORMATS
1. Once-A-Week Group Training
Runners, walkers, tennis players, skiers, soccer and lacrosse players, golfers, etc. train together. All levels train at Newton South Track, Heartbreak Hill, Brookline/Chestnut Hill Reservoir, or Skyline) on Saturdays at 8 a.m. with drills, running or walking and, depending on weather, body weight strength training
2. Individual Training, In-person or Online:
Reach a milestone/lifetime goal with
running, swimming, aquatraining, Peloton, strength training, nutrition.
Start with a one-time trial session followed by
optional 7 week once-a-week training sessions.
